A constant theme that runs through the storyline of the show is the sea.
As we set up the camera on this stormy day at Paradise Bay we had little hope of getting the right picture as the sky was very overcast; then just as the sun started to sink below the horizon, the clouds parted and this was the result.
This image was taken for one of “The Malta Experience” calendars.
Photographed from the cliff top that surround part of Dwejra Bay, “Fungus Rock” is in the foreground and the “Azure Window” is visible in the background.
This area of natural beauty is definitely worth visiting when in Gozo.

Last year in September I was in Malta, Gozo and (one day) in Comino. Most of all I liked Gozo, the landscape, the nature, the calm – a wonderful place to stay 
And this is a great view on the Azure Window – good composition and colours!

Situated in St George’s square facing the Grand Masters Palace is the former Main Guard building. Built in 1603 by the Knights of St John, it housed the palace guards. In 1814 the British added a portico and continued to use it as a guard house.
